RICARDO KHO

Ricardo “Richard” T. Kho is the Representative of the First District of Masbate in the 19th Congress of the Philippines. He holds the vice chairmanships for the House Committee on Banks and Financial Intermediaries and the House Committee on Science and Technology.  

Rep. Kho is likewise an active member of the Committee on Ways and Means, Committee on Rural Development, Committee on Tourism, Committee on Climate Change, and Committee on National Defense and Security.  

He is currently taking up his Juris Doctor degree at the San Beda University Manila, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from De La Salle University, from which he graduated with Honorable Mention and 2nd Best Thesis Award. His priorities are to provide accessible healthcare, improve the quality of education, and increase employment in his legislative district with the end goal of providing his fellow Masbateños a better future.
