Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is the current chairman of PDP Laban. He was a transformative figure the Philippine politics and his leadership inspired other officials and members to follow his example of courageously leading the country like a father who takes good care of his family.

Jose Alvarez
PDP Laban President and Palawan 2nd District Representative Jose Alvarez is known for his business acumen and making Palawan a prime tourism destination. He is one of the pioneer in the Philippine car industry and remains a respected figure in Philippine business circles.
As concurrent PDP Laban leader, he has successfully made the party an organization teeming with reform-minded and patriotic politicians all seeking the betterment of the Philippines.
He has also successfully inculcated among party officials and members the ideals, advocacies and core values of PDP Laban.
