ATTY. RICHARD NETHERCOTT

Atty. Richard Nethercott obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in De La Salle University–Manila and later, earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de the Manila University School of Law. He also completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University–Manila, where he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.  

Atty. Nethercott also serves as the founding partner for Nethercott Law. He is a reputable member of the academe as an Associate Professor of San Sebastian College Institute of Law and the Philippine Christian University College of Law. He is also a part-time Assistant Professorial Lecturer at the De La Salle University Commercial Law Department.   

Atty. Richard Nethercott is also the current President and Chief Executive Officer of the Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines (IEMOP) wherein he concurrently serves as its Board Member and a Director of the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation Board of Directors.
