ATTY. MELVIN MATIBAG

Atty. Melvin A. Matibag is the incumbent Secretary General of PDP Laban.

He also served as Cabinet Secretary of the Office of the President under President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s term.

Some of his previous assignments are with the Manila International Airport Authority as the general manager and National Transmission Corporation as President/CEO. He also served as legal instructor with several universities in the Philippines.
